​KT Cloud, a South Korean KT Corporation subsidiary, started building its Seoul-based 26-megawatt data center complex in Geumcheon District. This facility, named Gasan IDC, consists of ten floor levels above ground combined with five subterranean floors, which will house more than 100,000 servers. DL Construction together with Shinhan Investment will finance this development plan, which both companies are executing alongside each other, and plans to finish it by 2025.
